As the founder of Culture Z Future, I bring decades of lived experience, public-sector insight, and creative strategy to build pathways that prepare young people for the future of work and the future of cities.

 

My journey began long before Culture Z Future existed — in classrooms, community centers, and neighborhoods where talent was abundant, but opportunity was uneven. I saw firsthand how young people were navigating a world that was changing faster than the systems meant to support them. Closing the digital divide is our mission.
