Can you work with our procurement or contracting process?

Yes. We've worked through city procurement processes and can provide W-9s, insurance certificates, vendor registrations, scope-of-work documents, and any other documentation your agency requires. We're experienced with MBE/WBE certification processes and vendor portal systems.

Do you work with organizations that aren't 501(c)(3)?

Yes. Culture Z Future operates as a programming partner for organizations across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. We don't require our partners to hold any particular tax status, and we can structure agreements to accommodate a wide range of organizational types.

What's the minimum cohort size you work with?

We can work with cohorts as small as 12 participants and as large as 60+ per site. For very large deployments across multiple sites, we build a coordinated rollout plan. Please tell us your anticipated numbers in the inquiry, and we'll advise on the right structure.

How do you handle participant data and privacy?

We comply with FERPA guidelines and can sign data-sharing agreements (DSAs) with partner agencies. We collect only the participant data needed for program delivery and outcome reporting. All data is stored securely and shared only with the partner agency as outlined in the agreement.

Can you deliver programs at our facility or in the field?

Yes. We deliver programs at schools, community centers, public libraries, housing authority community rooms, workforce center locations, and other community-based sites. We can also deliver in hybrid or virtual formats. We bring our own facilitation materials — we only need a space and the participants.

What geographic areas do you serve?

Our primary service area is the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast (DC, Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania). We're expanding and can discuss virtual or hybrid delivery for organizations outside our current geography. Reach out — if we can make it work, we will.
