program requirements — delivering in-demand
skill training, work experience components,

in their own communities.

WHY PARTNER WITH US
LOW LIFT.
HIGH IMPACT.
01
We're not a subgrantee — we're a programming
partner
You retain full grant authority and reporting responsibility. We function as your implementation vendor — reducing your administrative burden, not adding to it.
02
We build to your grant metrics, not ours
Before every engagement, we review your program performance indicators and design our delivery to generate the specific data points your funder requires.
03
Fully facilitated — your staff stays focused
We bring the curriculum, the facilitators, and all materials. Your staff don't become instructors — they stay focused on what they do best.
What We Deliver to Your Agency
Everything you need
to report outcomes with confidence.

✓ Individual participant progress reports — shareable with funders
✓ Program completion certificates with credential documentation
✓ Cohort-level outcome summary reports in your funder's preferred format
✓ Attendance tracking and session logs for compliance documentation
✓ Standards alignment mapping to WIOA, ISTE, CTE, and state frameworks
✓ Facilitator credentials and insurance documentation for procurement
✓ 30-day post-program follow-up and 90-day supplemental access
04
Scalable from a single cohort to city-wide
Start with one pilot cohort of 20 students. Scale to multiple sites and hundreds of participants within the same grant year if your funding allows.
WHAT YOUR FUNDER NEEDS TO SEE.
Every Culture Z Future program produces measurable, documentable outcomes across the categories funders care about most.
Outcome Category Metric Type How We Measure & Document It
Skill Attainment Quantitative Pre/post skill assessments with percentage gain scores per participant. Reportable as individual and cohort data.
Credential / Certificate Quantitative Program completion certificates issued to every student. Credential documentation available for WIOA indicator reporting.
Attendance & Retention Quantitative Session-by-session attendance logs for every cohort. Completion rates tracked and included in final reports.
Career Awareness Qualitative Pre/post surveys on career interest in technology, media, and civic sectors. Narrative data available for funder stories.
Digital Skill Proficiency Quantitative Competency rubrics across AI tools, digital production, or design thinking — aligned to ISTE and employer skill frameworks.
Project Deliverable Qualitative Every student completes a real-world project artifact (film, proposal, AI product) — usable as portfolio and program evidence.
💬 Need a custom outcomes framework? If your funder uses specific reporting categories or requires data in a particular format,
tell us in your inquiry. We'll build the measurement plan around your compliance requirements before the program begins.
Grant Alignment
BUILT FOR
FUNDED PROGRAMS.
Our programs map directly to the performance categories that federal and city workforce funders require.
WIOA Title I — Youth
In-Demand Industry Sector Skills
All four programs build skills in technology, digital media, and civic innovation — sectors explicitly identified as in-demand across most LWDB plans. Our AI Literacy and Agentic Academy programs are particularly strong fits for WIOA youth performance indicator #3: credential attainment.
01
City & State
Workforce Grants
Youth Career Readiness
& Digital Skills
We align to SYEP and DYCD program frameworks in NYC, similar city-funded youth workforce structures in DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and other urban markets. If your city uses a different framework, we'll map to it before your grant reporting cycle begins.
03
WIOA Title I — Youth
Work-Based Learning Elements
The Agentic Workforce Academy and Urban Innovation Lab both include project-based deliverables that qualify as work-based learning activities under WIOA definitions — strengthening your program's compliance across multiple performance indicators simultaneously.

04
Corporate & Foundation Grants
Tech Equity & Future of Work
If your funding comes from corporate workforce equity initiatives or foundations focused on the future of work, our programs are purpose-built for this narrative. We can provide impact data, participant stories, and program documentation to support your funder reporting and renewal applications.
